About the clan
Clan and Covenant began with five men, a cold morning and a promise kept.
We are a Christian men's ministry rooted in Northern Ireland. Our conviction is simple: a man is not a set of separate parts. Body, mind and soul rise and fall together, and each one is worth training.
Strong bodies without strong character produce dangerous men. Strong character without disciplined action leaves potential unrealised. Through Christ we pursue the transformation of the whole man — mind, body and spirit — so that we may faithfully love God, serve others, and make disciples.

Clan and Covenant exists to help men steward what God has given them with wisdom, discipline and gratitude.
This is not about chasing appearance, following trends or pursuing comfort. It is about preparing ourselves to faithfully carry out the work God has entrusted to us — as husbands, fathers, brothers, leaders and servants of Christ.
The objective is not perfection but consistency. We seek sustainable habits that build strong bodies, clear minds and disciplined lives for the glory of God.

A disciple does not live merely for pleasure.
