From the founder

Men were never meant to walk alone. Clan and Covenant exists so ordinary men can train together, tell the truth, and keep pointing one another to Christ when the road gets long.

Founder, Clan and Covenant

The Creed

The transformation of the whole man

Strong bodies without strong character produce dangerous men.

Strong character without disciplined action leaves potential unrealised.

Through Christ we pursue the transformation of the whole man — mind, body and spirit — so that we may faithfully love God, serve others, and make disciples.

The Covenant

Become the man you were made to be

Body

Train hard. Steward the strength you've been given.

Mind

Think clearly. Read, wrestle, and sharpen one another.

Soul

Stand firm. Rooted in Christ, accountable to the clan.

We are ordinary men across Northern Ireland — fathers, sons, tradesmen, students — who are done drifting. We meet weekly to pray and speak plainly, we set monthly challenges that cost something, and we hold one another to the standard we've agreed. No hype. No performance. Just brothers walking the long road together.
